Graeme is a yoga and tai chi teacher as well as practitioner with many years of experience and training. Grame collaborated in 2007 with Julian Treble, co-founder of eHealth Learning, To create seated yoga for life a DVD aimed at introducing yoga practitioners to an accessible and safe form of yoga to be practised in the chair. Since then Graham has continued to teach seated yoga both in his weekly tai chi and meditative movement classes as well as for charity Mind, Parkinson’s Disease Society the Stroke Association and many others.
Fellow practitioner and contributor to the DVD, Jas Panesar, also took this work to the stroke Association in Somerset and it was used as part of a physic research trial on stroke rehabilitation in the area.
Graeme also teaches mindfulness and seated yoga in the corporate environment and has a thriving number of busy weekly classes in the Wirral area, North England .
