Body Harmony is an invitation to know your own embodied experience, to listen, learn and follow your body’s wisdom in relation to its own entirely unique existence.

In these times where so much has suddenly become unknowable on top of both the seasonal and specific potential challenges to our breathing and respiratory well-being, Lindsay McLeod, teacher and practitioner of Body Harmony for 28 years, invites us to become more intimate with the pathways of our own breath. We can taste the practice of how to listen to the deeper needs of our individual bodies, bringing awareness, presence and more oxygen to these vital support systems for our well-being and health.
